At Window Innovations, our staff is tight-knit and ready to serve. We are a family business committed to the top level of professionalism. Every employee is here to help.
Steve Persigehl, President
Originally from Stanton, Nebraska, Steve followed his father into the building products business when he was attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha by working part time for a millwork distributor. He continued with Ashton Wholesale for 14 years working in all facets of the business. In 2001, Steve and his father started Window Innovations, specializing in windows. Ever since, the company has focused on providing customers with top quality products and after sale service to match. Steve has served the industry by serving on board of directors of the Nebraska Lumber Association and currently serves on the board of directors for the World Millwork Alliance. Steve is married with two children. He enjoys attending his kid’s sporting events, traveling with his wife and playing golf.
Andrew Bailey, Sales Consultant
Andrew is a native son who grew up in Grand Island. He left Nebraska in 1987 and went to college in Colorado where he earned a degree in International Studies. He took his degree and moved to California to find fame and fortune in Hollywood. However, he ended up in North Hollywood by mistake which is nothing like Hollywood, and instead of becoming an actor/waiter, he started working for the Terry Companies. He spent 11 years in Los Angeles, met his singer-songwriter wife, Cindi, and had a couple kids. While enjoying the finer things in life, managing various window and door locations for Terry, and mastering the millwork industry, his lovely wife decided Los Angeles was not the ideal place to raise children. So the move was made back to Nebraska. For the past 11 years, Andrew has worked in the Omaha sash and door business mainly focusing on the Marvin family of products. In June he accepted an offer to join our staff at Window Innovations and help revolutionize the window and door buying experience.
Dave Dawley, Sales Consultant
Originally from the St. Louis area, Dave began selling windows 18 years ago. He has been in Omaha for 9 years where he worked at the Marvin Window and Door Store before moving over to Window Innovations. While specializing in installed sales, Dave believes that Window Innovations offers the highest quality products and service in Omaha. Dave is married with one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and watching sports and movies.
Wayne Rosonke, Sales Consultant
Wayne Rosonke is a new construction and remodeling specialist at Window Innovations. He uses his advanced product training to help contractors find creative, cost-effective solutions to their construction problems. Wayne, an Iowa native, has over 30 years of experience in the building materials industry and knows how to meet the demands of the area’s builders, architects and homeowners.
Pat Mackin, Commercial Specialist
Pat was born and raised in Blair, NE. With a background of working for a local residential builder, Pat is another of the Window Innovations crew that followed his father into the business. He went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska with degrees in Fire Protection Engineering and Construction Engineering. After working for Continental Fire Sprinkler for four years, Pat joined the staff at Window Innovations in the service department. Once we created the position of commercial specialist, Pat had the ideal background to fill the role. With his free time he enjoys boating and spending time with friends and family.
John Cullen, Customer Services
Born and raised in Omaha John started out in the construction business right out of high school, building windows and doors at Builders Supply in Ralston. After that he worked with Steve and his dad at Ashton Wholesale starting out as a delivery driver and working his way into the office working as a purchasing agent. He worked at Ashton until its closing in 2001. Ever since, John has worked at Window Innovations taking care of purchasing, order entry, customer service, etc. John has been married for 17 years to his wife Kimberlee. In his spare time John enjoys golfing, fishing, playing cards and watching any college or pro football games.
Keith Socha, Service Manager
Yet another co-worker of Steve’s in the millwork distribution company in the 90’s. With a background in construction and distribution, Keith came on board with Window Innovations initially as a delivery driver and then found his niche in the product service department. He has been focusing on giving our customers unsurpassed product service for the past 11 years and is a big reason why Window Innovations has garnered the reputation of being the market leader in service. When not on the job you can usually find Keith in a boat trying to reel in the big one.
